This website is operated by PlushhBlankets. Throughout the site, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PlushhBlankets. By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the store.

Online store terms
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence to place an order. You may not use our products for any illegal purpose, or break any laws when using the store.

Products and prices
We do our best to show our products’ colors and textures accurately, but your screen may display colors slightly differently. Sizes are approximate and may vary by a few centimeters. Packaging may vary. Prices can change at any time without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. We may limit or cancel orders, for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we’ll refund you in full.

Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase and account information, including your email and shipping address. We aren’t responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect address you entered.

Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

Third-party services
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, such as PayPal and our card payment processor. We never see or store your full card details. Orders are fulfilled by our shipping partners. We aren’t responsible for the third parties’ own terms or services.

Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to PlushhBlankets. It may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PlushhBlankets is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to any order placed while it is live.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
